Reptiles & Amphibians
Reptiles are cold-blooded vertebrates that usually have dry, scaly skin. Most lay eggs, though some give birth to live young. Common examples include snakes, lizards, turtles, and crocodiles.
Amphibians are also cold-blooded vertebrates, but they typically have moist skin and go through a life cycle that includes both aquatic and terrestrial stages. Examples include frogs, toads, salamanders, and newts.
